D.Morris Design is a small and friendly family run business specialising in architectural design services for new builds, extensions, and full remodelling and renovation.
Our story began in 2018, when our highly experienced Creative Director, David Morris, decided to build a different kind of architectural design practice. One that was built on flexibility, honesty and quality.
Since its formation, D.Morris Design has blossomed into a well-respected architectural design practice with 100% planning approval and many satisfied clients.
We believe one of the most important elements in architectural design is flexibility. That’s why we give you the freedom to decide on how or where we participate in the project. From concept through to construction, you can call us in to help at any stage of the design process. Offering this level of flexibility makes us perfect for both creative clients and self-builders.
We also appreciate that money doesn’t grow on trees. So before we work our magic, we will ask you to provide a list of your requirements and we will have an in depth discussion with you over the phone or video call.
We use this time to discuss design layouts, go over planning possibilities and listen to your ideas. In turn, this allows us to work more efficiently, deliver true quality and provide an honest, up-front quote that you’re 100% happy with.
Instead of basing the cost of our architectural design services on your build budget, we charge you for the time we feel is required to complete the project. This makes our prices more competitive and reflective of the quality and efficiency of our work.

David has over a decade of experience delivering high-value design, CAD and space planning projects for commercial and residential clients. His attention to detail and passion for architectural design has been the catalyst in forming long term relationships with an array of clients throughout the UK, EU and US.
When he’s not flying down the Malvern Hills on his mountain bike or brewing beer, David is always on hand to cast an eye over the finer details of an architectural project to ensure it’s delivered to the highest specification.
Alicia is our 3D visualisation and manufacturing expert with a doctorate in Additive Manufacturing Engineering and the unofficial title of ‘Star Baker’.
She’s also fantastic at designing bespoke furniture, fixtures, fittings and all other elements that help turn a house into a home and a building into a business.
As a couple, David and Alicia both enjoy being on the hills and exploring the countryside. They always try to reflect this love of nature in every architectural design by bringing the outdoors in using natural materials, lighting and views.
