Villiers Road is an infill house on the site of a 45m2 dilapidated garage on the corner of some terraced houses.  The most important aspect for this design was allowing as much natural light into the home as possible whilst maintaining privacy. 

The proposed dwelling consists of an open plan ground floor living space with an open staircase and narrow windows at the front of the property. Cleverly positioned skylights and windows positioned around the staircase allow natural light into both the downstairs and upstairs, making sure residents are not overlooked. 

The first floor consists of a double master bedroom, a single bedroom, and a family bathroom. The front right corner of the house is recessed to allow natural light into the neighbouring property, and an overhanging porch space for off-road bin and bike storage.
